Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • paprika
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • chopped fresh cilantro

How To Make Egg Breakfast Tacos

Add butter to a skillet and heat over medium heat until melted. Mix together eggs and milk and beat well. Pour into a prepared and hot pan. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat over medium-high heat, scrambling eggs. When almost done, add bacon and continue to cook until no longer runny.

Divide egg and bacon mixture between four tortillas. Add your favorite toppings such as black beans, shredded cheese, and salsa. Top with chopped fresh cilantro.  This recipe serves 6.

What are some other toppings to consider?
