 Ingredients: 

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can, 10 oz, rotel tomatoes
  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ounces, shredded cheese
  • chopped fresh cilantro, optional for serving
  • sour cream, optional for serving
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions For This One-Pan Taco Spaghetti Recipe: 

Add ground beef and onion to a stockpot and heat over medium-high heat with oil until no longer pink, drain the grease. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, pasta, and water.

In a large skillet, heat on medium-high heat, and boil for 10-15 minutes until pasta is cooked. Stir in half of the cheese until melted. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover for 5 minutes and cheese will melt. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve. This dish serves 6-8
