Cheesy Bacon And Egg Muffins – Breakfast Egg Cups You Make In Your Muffin Tin

Like all children, my family loves bite-sized options and things that they can grab and eat. Personally, I admit that I feel the same exact way! Using the muffin tin to adjust your favorite recipe is a great way to make everyone happy. Finger food for the WIN!

Low in carbs and high in protein, this breakfast option is also great for those who are on keto diets. Personally, we aren’t living that lifestyle, but we still make the combination time and time again.

Since we aren’t Keto, whenever I have fresh bread around, I usually make a few slices of toast and place them on the table for whoever wants to add some to their breakfast plate.

Tips To Help You Make The Perfect Egg Muffin

I want to offer three quick pieces of advice to you regarding these cheesy bacon and egg muffins. When filling up your muffin tins, be sure to only fill them 3/4 of the way. Remember, eggs rise.

Also, don’t be afraid to season your mixture. I didn’t include it in the recipe, but if you have garlic salt, garlic power, or onion powder, it could really step up the flavor profile of your eggs.

We like to use fresh garlic and onions when making egg muffins at home, but sometimes we run out of ingredients right when you need them. When in a pinch, powders will do.

Last but not least, don’t forget to grease your pan.
