Around Halloween, I love to make these no-bake chocolate treats for the kids because anything that is shaped like a bat is a WIN in my household!  We make these all the time for classroom gatherings as well. The little ones always get such a kick out of this easy-to-make design.

And honestly, they are just so easy to make. My three kids always get involved with the construction. They love to help mom cook in the kitchen and I love to involve them with no bake recipes as often as possible.

Halloween is absolutely a holiday where we try to make as many desserts as possible. Whether it’s our mummy brownies, a candy corn milkshake, or my favorite – Halloween Marshmallow pops, we try to keep it spooky during the Fall.

No-Bake Bat Bites Directions:

Remove the Reese’s cups from the wrappers. Twist the sandwich cookies in half, and separate. Scrape off the frosting (discard, use for other recipes, or eat it plain!). Using a knife, cut each side of the sandwich cookie in half and shape into two bat wings (or you could simply break in half).

Fill a plastic bag with the chocolate frosting. Cut off the tip of the bagpipe frosting onto the back corners of the broken cookie pieces.

Press one cookie piece on the left of the Reese’s cup and another cookie piece on the right of the Reese’s cup – letting the two sides meet in the middle.

Pipe frosting on the back of the edible eyes and secure on top of the cookie “wings” in the center of the Reeses cup. Enjoy!
