Cake Mix Cookies Ingredients
- 1 – 15.25 oz triple chocolate cake mix
- 1 – 12oz back of nestle semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- ½ C canola oil or vegetable oil
Directions For Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies With Chocolate Chips
Using a standing mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil and eggs until combined. Now, fold in the chocolate chips manually. Place dough into the fridge overnight. If you don’t have time to keep the dough overnight, refrigerate for as much time as you can – even 30 minutes will do.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out some dough, roll into balls and place onto the cookie sheet. About 12 cookies on the cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until done. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before moving and baking the rest of the dough.
