The Special K Challenge: I’ve Lost Four Pounds So Far

As you know, a few weeks ago I began the Special K Challenge. I was super excited about the program because nothing beats a bowl of cereal… NOTHING. However, as I dove deeper into the program, I realized that the Special K Challenge isn’t just about cereal!! It’s about having a well-balanced meal plan which includes a variety of fresh fruit/veggies, lean proteins, and additional Kellogg’s products. How exciting!!

Don’t know where to start? Don’t worry! That’s what My Meal Plan is all about. There is NO THINKING in the Special K Challenge. Your entire schedule is mapped out which I love to pieces.

Did I follow it to a T?

No – sometimes life happened and I wasn’t able to mock the exact format of the online plan. However, I always got back on track with ease because the Special K Challenge is designed to be a BREEZE.

I am so happy to say that I lost 4 pounds. Woot! Woot! I also went to the gym a few times each week as this is part of my new year / new rear plan for 2012. 🙂 That combo was exactly what my body needed to jump start my weight loss – and I am so so so so happy. Feels good to be doing something healthy for a change.

Ready To Give It A Shot?
