Lemon Bars Recipe

You know how much I love black tea lemonade, right? Well, know that my love for lemon pushes well beyond the beverage category. I’ll take it in a pie, on my potatoes, over my main course – all of the above. YES PLEASE!

These lemon bars require a longer list of ingredients than I normally post – but it’s worth it. But everything is natural and odds are you own most of these things already.

You probably have them stocked away in your pantry. I mean, come on – flour, sugar, salt, vanilla. It sounds pretty basic to me! The only thing I think you will have to make an extra trip out to the store for is the lemons and maybe the eggs.

This is the recipe that I usually make for family gatherings and during a holiday break. I don’t consider this a seasonal find – although some people might think that this is a summer dish.
