  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies, such as Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup, 1 stick, butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup hot chocolate mix (about 5 packets)
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup, 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 block, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 small boxes, 3.9 oz each, instant chocolate pudding
  • 2-3/4 cups milk
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows, divided
  • 1 small tub, 8 oz, whipped topping, thawed

Directions To Make Hot Chocolate Lasagna 

Place cookies into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed. Pour in melted butter and pulse for 5 minutes or until combined well. 

Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish, and using the back of a spoon, press the Oreo crust evenly into the pan. Freeze the Oreo cookie crust while you work on the next layer. 

Beat together heavy whipping cream and hot chocolate powder until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, add cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined and creamy. Add in the hot chocolate mixture and beat together until smooth. Spread on top of crust and return to the freezer.
