Game Day Chili Made In 30 Minutes

Whether you’re looking for an easy homemade chili, a one-pot dinner, or a fast chili recipe that still tastes like it simmered all day, this 30-minute chili delivers big comfort in very little time.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 onion (reserve some to top)
5 cloves garlic – minced
1 can Wild Harvest diced tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup Wild Harvest beef broth
2 tablespoons Wild Harvest Worcestershire sauce
2 cans Wild Harvest Organic Bean Blend
Olive oil
I made rice on the side
Shredded cheese (WH)
Tortilla Chips to dip (you guessed it – WH)
Sour cream optional

Seasoning:
Cumin
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Chili powder
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Parsley (fresh)

How to cook game day chili:

Sauté onion and garlic in a bit of oil until translucent. Add beef and brown. Add seasoning to your preference.

Then add your sauces, beef broth, and beans. Stir. Do not cover. Cook on medium low. Keep a slow, rolling boil and stir often. If you have more time, cover and cook for an hour.

Serve over rice.
Top with onions, fresh parsley, and shredded cheese. Sour cream optional. Serve warm and with a side of chips.
