Cinnamon Bunny Rolls Recipe
Whether you want small bunnies or large bunnies will be up to you, but here’s how to make the perfect Easter Morning Breakfast for kids – Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls! Open up your bunny ears to hear how.

Ingredients:
- 1 can of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls, 12.4 oz, refrigerated with icing
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of half and half
- pink m&m candies, optional

How to Make Bunny Shape Cinnamon Rolls:
Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Open the can of Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls and set aside icing. Place 4 cinnamon roll rounds onto the baking sheet.

Unroll one cinnamon roll and cut in half. Fold each piece in half and then cut an additional 1″ off the open ends. Discard those small pieces.

Place the folded ears onto the baking sheet and carefully press the open ends of the dough into the cinnamon roll on the baking sheet. Repeat so there are two ears on each cinnamon roll on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool until warm.

To prepare the icing, add prepackaged icing, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and half and half together in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.

When cinnamon rolls are warm and ready to serve, spread icing on top of the cinnamon roll and top with a pink candy.
Makes 4. Serve at room temperature.

Tips and Variations:
- Press the dough together when you form the ears; no gaps.
- Do your best to seal the ear dough in the round cinnamon roll. I just used my finger to spread the dough and press it onto the roll. If you don’t, the ears will pop off when you serve them, which does not affect the deliciousness of it!
- You need to get the cinnamon rolls vs the ones that are biscuits with like a cracked cinnamon topping.
- To store these cinnamon roll bunnies, use an airtight container.
- Consider this fun holiday treat for Mother’s Day as well. So much joy!
- Consider this as an easy Mother’s day breakfast idea. Get the kids to make it.
- If you’d like to make homemade cinnamon rolls instead of using the storebought version, feel free. The shaping concept will be the same.
- You can consider sprinkling cinnamon sugar on top of the large bunny rolls if you’d like. Festive sprinkles ad chocolate chips are also an option for these sweet rolls.
- If you can’t find pink candy, you can also use a jelly bean.
- Be sure to add these bunny head rolls to your Easter brunch spread. Your crowd will go wild. Pair with colorful hardboiled eggs, apple pie, or an easy fruit pizza.
The perfect treat to serve to kids during the Easter holiday. Who wouldn’t enjoy little bunnies drizzled in delicious frosting? Such a cute Easter Breakfast ideas. These would also be great for baby showers.
