We just took a trip around a virtual zoo all while wearing our pajamas and it couldn’t have been easier! I spent the morning creating a YouTube playlist filled with all of our favorite animal livestreams and compiled them in one place for you to enjoy.
Over 30 Animal Livestreams
The plan is to check back often and constantly update the list because I have a feeling that more and more established zoos are going to put their exhibits online now that we need to stay home. But my list doesn’t only comprise of state run organizations.
I found regular people with cams in their backyards showing off deer, and squirrels, and beautiful collections of bird wildlife. It’s not just about the polar bears, right?
Ok, it’s a lot about the polar bears… but you know what I mean. I want to see it all! Give me every animal – from the panda to the owl to the adorable little guppy.
Take Your Kids To The Virtual Zoo
To access my version of a virtual zoo, head on over to YouTube and check out this animal livestream list that is tied together with a pretty bow. It seems as though these lives will remain active 24/7, but if you happen to find one down, check back at a later time. I am sure they will have their programing back up in no time.
Here’s a list of what I have included so far in the animal livestream list on YouTube. These are currently all the animals you can watch live on your computer or TV:
- Bald eagles
- Lions
- Birds
