Ingredients

You only need three ingredients to make this sugar-free Jell-O dessert idea. Let’s break it down for you.

  • Cool Whip – Can be fat free, sugar free, or lite. That is up to you. They only had Lite when I placed my Instacart order. So, this is what I had to use last night.
  • Sugar Free Jello – Plan to use the entire package. You can switch out the flavors if you’d like. This recipe can easily change to a strawberry or vanilla treat!
  • Fiber One Bars – There are many different varieties to choose from. Next time I make this dessert, I will get the 70 calorie verison of the brownie. There’s also the coffee cake Fiber One bar that would work which is also 70 calories.

It cannot get easier than this. Place your Cool Whip in the refrigerator so it can soften. When it is ready, mix in an entire packet of Jello until combined.

Then take two Fiber One bars and cut them up into small pieces. Mix again. Place back in the freezer to harden. Enjoy while the rest of the family is eating ice cream. 🙂
