- Cool Whip – Can be fat free, sugar free, or lite. That is up to you. They only had Lite when I placed my Instacart order. So, this is what I had to use last night.
- Sugar Free Jello – Plan to use the entire package. You can switch out the flavors if you’d like. This recipe can easily change to a strawberry or vanilla treat!

It cannot get easier than this. Place your Cool Whip in the refrigerator so it can soften. When it is ready, mix in an entire packet of Jello until combined.
Then take two Fiber One bars and cut them up into small pieces. Mix again. Place back in the freezer to harden. Enjoy while the rest of the family is eating ice cream. 🙂
