This slow cooker Sweet Potato Stew recipe will warm you right up this winter and is so easy to make. And guess what? There is pumpkin pie spice sprinkled in which makes it just perfect for the Fall as well.

Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Stew Recipe
This slow cooker recipe is one of those “dump and forget” kind of meals. You place everything into your slow cooker and you move on with your life. BLISS!
Not a lot of searing or browning involved since this is a vegetarian option. The only work you have to do is towards the end of the recipe where you need to mash the sweet potatoes.
But by that time, they will be super soft from the crockpot. I have a feeling you will be coming back to this one over and over again.

What Can I Serve With My Sweet Potato Stew?
When I make stew for my family, I usually just bring home a fresh loaf of bread. I don’t think you need much more than that. The kids love to dip their piece into their bowls and call it a day. Super easy!
