Inside The Kitchen: Guacamole


Plain and simple. I make it A LOT. I order it even more. I am OBSESSED. Here’s the recipe my best friend taught me many moons ago.


Step 1: Place 1 avocado in a bowl. Squeeze in 1/4 of a lemon. Zest in 2 garlic cloves (with microplane) and a 1/4 of an onion. Dice up 1/2 tomato and add salt and pepper. You can put some cilantro in if you’d like. I don’t typically add it, but people do.


Step 2: Mix and enjoy!! Serve with chips. How easy is that!!!??

I should try a microplane, I keep hearing about them. I use a garlic press. How do you get to the end of the garlic though and not scrape your finger tips, is there a holder or something?
