This app is great for taking along with you while you travel or on a busy day when you want to sneak in a little exercise in just minutes. The Qe2, which stands for “Quick Easy Exercises,” consists of four 10 minute targeted workouts to what some call “problem areas” – arms, abs, butt and hips.
