Burrata Tomato Peach Salad Recipe

  • 3 ripe peaches sliced into wedges
  • 4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into large pieces
  • 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar or balsamic honey vinaigrette
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or mint)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: a small amount of raw shallot, thinly sliced
  • Pine nuts for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Wash and slice the ripe peaches and tomatoes. Do not peel the peaches.
