  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can, 20 oz, pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package, 32 oz, frozen meatballs (keep frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions for Instant Pot Meatballs: 

Add onion, red pepper, pineapple, brown sugar, ketchup, water, and soy sauce to a slow cooker and mix well. Stir in meatballs.

Place the lid on the instant pot and seal shut. Close the pressure release valve. Set the instant pot to manual, high pressure for 5 minutes.
