How To Make Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
Preheat your oven to 375. Shred your chicken in a bowl and add cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, garlic salt, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of jack cheese. Combine.
Place mixture in an oven safe dish and top with remaining cheese.
Place dip in the oven and cook for 12 minutes. If you’d like to set your oven to broil for the last two minutes, that would be a nice touch! Serve immediately and enjoy!
What To Serve With Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
We like to put a few things out while serving our Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip. It’s usually a combination of vegetables and crunchy bread. You could opt for tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguettes, celery, cucumbers, or even carrots.
But here’s a trick! I also put out hamburger buns!! My husband loves to make buffalo chicken sandwiches when I serve this dip. He doesn’t mess around! He just makes himself a sandwich and leaves the “dipping to the rest of us,” as he likes to put it.
He’s that much of a fan! So, consider picking up a few hamburger buns and placing them out for guests. If you are having a big enough party, you might want to make two dishes. Bill is the only one that makes a buffalo chicken sandwich with the dip. So, I never have to worry about running out.
Make This Dish With Rotisserie Chicken
Don’t have any leftover chicken on hand or plan on serving this dip to a set of friends? Consider buying a rotisserie chicken or quickly cooking up a few fresh Perdue Farms chicken breasts on the stovetop if you have time.
If you do end up using a store-bought rotisserie chicken, just make sure that you remove all the skin first before you start shredding up the pieces.
Some people even use canned chicken… but I’ve never tried that before. Just a thought.
What do you think about this easy appetizer? All you need is a bit of shredded cheese and leftover chicken to get started. Be sure to print this buffalo chicken dip recipe below and share the love with your friends. Oh! And PS! It makes a great super bowl party app.
