Pressure Cooker Oatmeal – How To Make Ninja Foodi Oatmeal

This Ninja Foodi oatmeal was literally the best oatmeal I’ve ever made. As someone who has traditionally leaned on microwavable options in the past, it was nice to know that I was capable of making a homestyle version in under 15 minutes.

A lot of people ask me which Ninja Foodi I have and I have the Deluxe 8 quart in case you are in the market for a new one.

Ninja Foodi Oatmeal – Maple Sugar Flavor

For my first attempt, I decided to test out my kids’ favorite flavor combination – maple and brown sugar. You can add whatever you want to your pressure cooker, but I started here.

I also want to note that most online recipes have Steel Cut Oats in their ingredients list, but I didn’t have any on hand. The Quick Oats worked JUST FINE! Use what is in your pantry.

How To Make Pressure Cooker Oatmeal

Place your oats, water, raisins, and cinnamon into the pot. Close your pressure lid and pressure release valve. Make sure it is in the seal position.

Select pressure, high and then 10 minute. You will need to wait a bit to allow the pressure to build before the timer actually starts to count down. This is normal.

When your timer goes off, make sure you release your steam valve completely. Remove the lid.
