If you’re looking for a night of laughter, mystery, and incredible food, let me introduce you to the Murder Mystery Dinner Show at Carmine’s in NYC. I had the absolute best time—and not just because of the delicious Italian feast. I was chosen as a suspect, meaning I had to play along like I was part of the show. Talk about an unexpected plot twist!

The Murder Mystery Co. At Carmine’s NYC
From the moment we arrived, the energy in the room was electric. The actors seamlessly blended into the crowd, keeping everyone on their toes. One minute, you’re enjoying a bite of Carmine’s famous chicken parm, and the next, a detective is pointing fingers, stirring up suspicions, and trying to solve the crime.
And when they called me out as a suspect? Let’s just say I had to think fast! Playing along with the cast and the audience made the experience even more immersive and fun.

If I am being honest with you, it was a lot for me to handle. I kept trying to eat my pasta and people in the room were asking me for clues that I did NOT have the answers for! I was CRACKING UP. What a night.
What An Incredible Dinner
Beyond the entertainment, the food was absolutely top-notch. If you’ve ever been to Carmine’s, you know they serve family-style portions of classic Italian dishes that never disappoint.

We feasted on their famous pasta, mouthwatering chicken dishes, and indulgent desserts—each bite was just as memorable as the mystery unfolding around us.
It is a pre-made menu, and drinks are not included in your ticket. You should know this ahead of time. But I have a million and one allergies, and they were really accommodating. So, speak to your server and see what they can do.

Grab Your Tickets Today
If you love interactive experiences, enjoy great food, and want a unique night out in NYC, I highly recommend grabbing tickets to this show. My husband and I have a BLAST. I did NOT get the answer right, but I am not surprised by that. There was just too much going on! But I DID get an award for BEST SUSPECT. So, there is that! 🙂

Whether you’re a die-hard mystery fan or just looking for something different to do with friends or family, this dinner theater experience is worth it. Just be prepared—you might end up as part of the story, too!
