I suggest you do this at least once a week. While we already talked about a honey face scrub, I think a sugar scrub is just as effective – if not more! Oatmeal masks are calming and sugar scrubs are disruptive. If you have rosacea, do not put this on your face. In fact, anything this rough should be left to the rest of the body.
You can add any type of essential oils that you’d like to give it a relaxing vibe. That is up to you. I happened to have Eucalyptus on hand and so, that’s what I used.
