Loaded Nachos
I just made this for dinner the other night but what a great appetizer to put out for friends!! Load it up with chicken, beans, cheese, corn, tomatoes, and (cooked) onions! Enjoy!!
Artichoke and Ricotta Bruschetta:
It feels fancy but it couldn’t be easier to make! Just make sure you have quality ricotta because that taste it what carries this amazing app.
Loaded Baked Potato Salad:
How perfect, right?? Put this potato salad right next to the burger sliders and the wings. Enjoy!!
I mean… come on. Need I say more?? Cheese straws are awesome. Anyone who doesn’t like them should get kicked out of your home – immediately.
Black Bean Salsa:
I LOVE this recipe – one of my best friends served it during her baby shower and I made her write it down for me RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I’ve been making black bean salsa ever since!
Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese
Ok – this mac and cheese recipe requires a pressure cooker I know. But it’s soooo good! I had to add it to the list.
Turkey Chili

- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large tomato (or several small tomatoes) chopped
- chopped chopped chopped…. need a new word here!
- 1 can of beans – I used black eyed but feel free to go with what you like (drained)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 can tomato sauce
