Turkey Chili

Don’t get turned off by turkey chili because it’s super easy to make! Check out the recipe below so you can see exactly what I use in my homemade version:

What You Need:

  •  1.5 pounds of ground turkey
  • 8 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 large tomato (or several small tomatoes) chopped
  • chopped chopped chopped…. need a new word here!
  • 1 can of beans – I used black eyed but feel free to go with what you like (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

All you have to do is serve with either a hamburger bun or some rice!!

What do you think? Hungry yet? I know I am!! 🙂 I can’t wait for Sunday because it’s always fun to celebrate with friends.
