The Way I Organize My Workload As A Blogger

At any given moment, I have around a dozen contracts opened at once. That means that I am in partnership with 12 different companies simultaneously. Each project has different deadlines, deliverables, point of contacts, and information that I need to keep track of. Do I stay on top of my chaos 100% of the time? No, I’m only human. I try my hardest, but sometimes I mess up. Sometimes, I stumble. This means that I am always looking for ways to fix that –  to button up my organization process.

For the last few weeks, I can honestly say that I’ve FINALLY found something that’s been working for me and the way that I handle my workflow. In fact, I’ve never felt so ahead of the curve. YEOW!!

A friend of mine told me that she uses the Staples Arc System Customizable Notebooks to help her stay organized and so I thought that I would give them a shot and customize the process to suit my needs. I set the notebook up exactly how I wanted and the rest is history.

Take a look at the video and see how I am using the system. You need the Staples Arc Desktop Paper Punch to make any of this work. It’s a bit of an investment up front. I’m warning you. I think I spent about $75 out of pocket to get it all off the ground. But it was the best $75 I’ve ever spent! I don’t mind putting money into my business if I know it’s going to help me in the end.

What do you use to stay organized?
