Tackling The Stress Of The Holidays With Muse From InteraXon

Muse Headband Collage

Well, it’s the new year. Hello 2015. I think I am ready to tackle you head-on, baby! I hope everyone has made it through all the STRESS of the holiday season. All the good stuff and the bad.  All the parties and presents and cards. Sure, these are all good things, but it still seems to get us all a little bit crazy. You can ask Bill how I get from about mid-December to Jan 2nd. Zen would not be his response…

Luckily, this past Christmas I had the stress-busting power of the Muse wearable tech for your mind on my side. This brain-sensing headband from InteraXon really helped get me through all those crazy days and long lists of “to-dos.” I gave Muse 3-5 minutes a day, that was it. It really helped me to stay calm and sharpen my focus through simple mental and breathing exercises as it monitors brain activity. I have to say, the Muse was helpful. The quick and easy process helps remind me how important brain health is. It forces me to sit back and calm down for a bit, which is key for me.

You’re probably wondering if this is all safe since it’s kind of like a sci-fi, Vulcan mind-bending device, right? Well, don’t worry about anything at all. Take a look:

So, what do you all think? This may be a real game changer for a lot of people. It has a lot of potential and I think it’s worth a shot given how we all seem to have such stressful lives these days. Having new and innovative ways to help manage it all has to be worth a shot!
