Easy Mug Cake Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp bright and colorful sprinkles
  • 6 tbsp whole milk
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Easy Mug Cake Recipe Directions

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until combined. Pour all of your ingredients into a 12oz microwave-safe mug. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.

Depending on how old your microwave is, you might need to put it in for another 30 seconds or so.  Let cool for 1 minute. Top with your favorite frosting and sprinkles. Enjoy!
