Lilly Pulitzer Alanna Off The Shoulder Dress: What She Wore #50DressesForSpring

Ok, this Lilly Pulitzer Alanna Off The Shoulder Dress is bright and bold and completely perfect for any upcoming vacation you might have. I just LOVE the colors. As you know this isn’t something you’d typically see me in, but something made me check the Lilly Pulitzer website and thank goodness I did because there was a sale going on! Nothing beats a Lilly Pulitzer sale, right?!

The cold shoulder trend is so hot right now that I think it needs a new name. Seriously. You need to wear a strapless bra with this piece. So, be prepared with a good one.

For shoes, I kept it super neutral – as always. I think the exact shoes I am wearing are sold out. NO!! Clutches are so easy! Shop your closet or go for this one – so perfect. If you want to add a little more color to your Lilly Pulitzer dress, how about these earrings?! Love. Love. Love.  Actually, I have a few more options for you to check out –> just go here to see them all.

When I think about Lilly Pulitzer, I think of summer parties, clam bakes, boat rides and Nantucket! It feels very New England by the shore, right? My town – Garden City – lives and dies in Vineyard Vines and Lilly Pulitzer. So, this actually feels like a beachy uniform to me. LOL! If there is a Saturday night party, you better believe that more than half of the women that show up will be rocking a Lilly Pulitzer dress. That’s for sure!

What do you think about this look? Is it too bright and bold? Or is it just perfect for the summer? I really did step out of my comfort zone of neutrals, but I am glad I did because Lilly Pulitzer doesn’t do you wrong.
