A few months ago, while my friends and I were joking around, we came up with ‘The 5 Pound Posse’. Each of us has about 5 pounds to lose but we all know those are THE HARDEST to get rid of.

If you are looking to tone up your stomach and shed some pounds, consider using this routine. It’s 200 sit ups but they are split out in a way that’s manageable.
