Easy Baked Tilapia Recipe: Tomatoes, Onions And Lemon
Preheat oven 375 degrees
- 4 pieces of tilapia
- handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- diced small onion
- 5 cloves of garlic – diced
- juice of one lemon
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
How To Make Baked Tilapia
It’s pretty simple. Pour some olive oil on the bottom of the pan to ensure the tilapia doesn’t stick. Toss each fish around in the oil and then add salt and pepper to each side. Lay flat.
Chop up the vegetables and lay across. Place in preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Squeeze the lemon over the dish once you remove it from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy!
