Cranberry Pecan Pull Apart Brie Bread Recipe

It’s all about the appetizers when you throw a party. Am I right? Personally, I can fill up on this course and be completely satisfied. This Cranberry Pecan Pull-Apart Brie Bread recipe is so good that you could probably make it as a main course and be done with it all! Ooey gooey goodness with a bit of crunch. Absolutely satisfying – all until the very last bite. And did I mention how easy it is to make? Wait until you see!

The brown sugar makes a nice crust on the top which results in a great BITE.  But be warned, there is a bit of legwork that goes into those cheese slits. You will need to shove the cheese into each slit that you make. However, that’s the hardest thing you will have to do for this Cranberry Pecan Pull-Apart Brie Bread Recipe. So, I have a feeling you will manage!! 🙂

If you can find a sourdough round, I would suggest opting for that type of bread for this appetizer. For this shoot, we opted for an Italian round because it was the only type we could get our hands on. BUT if I had a choice…I would go sourdough.
