This 7 Layer Greek Dip recipe is my new favorite thing to make. The family had it for dinner the other day and this entire dish was GONE in one sitting. Oh so dangerous.
I took step-by-step pictures of the whole process but then decided it was overkill. Here’s a really quick rundown of this greek dip recipe.
Ingredients
- Hummus
- Bell pepper
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Kalamata Olives
- Feta Cheese
- Fresh Dill
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pita Bread
7 Layer Greek Dip Recipe Directions
Step 1: Line the bottom of the dish with hummus. Store bought is fine. I used Sabra.
Step 2: Chop up 1 bell pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 whole tomato, and half a jar of kalamata olives
Step 3: Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh dill. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the top and you are good to go.
Serve with warm pita bread!!
