I LOVE THIS IDEA!! Think about it – what do you REALLY want for Mother’s Day? Do you want a box of candy? A new scarf? Something your husband picked out for you from the mall (Lord help us all). No — I rather something else. I rather the gift of clean. I would prefer that my house get wiped down from top to bottom. I mean — what a magical thought!
According to a recent survey[1], seventy-five percent (75%) of moms would prefer a clean home on Mother’s Day to being served breakfast in bed. In addition, sixty percent (60%) of moms would most prefer a clean house over other gift options like candy, flowers and a card.
That’s why I teamed up with Scotch-Brite to spread the word and to get moms to think about what is really important. A handmade card from the little ones and then a newly scrubbed down kitchen from the Mister. OH BLISS!!!
