You’d think I’d take the picture of my smoothie BEFORE I ACTUALLY DRANK FROM IT. I couldn’t help it folks! I’m sorry – it’s THAT GOOD!

My hairdresser and friend is in GREAT SHAPE. Every time I go to see her for a touch up, we end up dissecting her diet and fitness routine. I’m always like, “yeah… enough about me, let’s talk about what you had for breakfast!”

One thing she swears by is this Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie. But because she is health conscious, she made her own version and told me how to make it.

It is delicious.

Here’s what you need.

Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie Recipe:

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of chocolate almond milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (I used vanilla almond butter) – but it’s the same thing

Mix it all together and enjoy!! It tastes like a real treat but it’s pretty healthy if you look at all the ingredients.
