Refreshing And Simple: My Every Day Go To Drink Is Unsweetened Tea

If you follow me on any of my social media platforms, you KNOW that I am a tea lover. A few years ago, I decided to limit my dairy intake and removed all dairy from my diet for almost 48 months. During that time, I stopped drinking coffee because I couldn’t add any milk to my favorite morning drink and decided to try tea as my morning option instead. It’s been 5 years since that life change and while I have reintroduced most dairy back, I have YET to include milk which means coffee is still off the menu.

Nowadays, tea defines me. I don’t go anywhere without one in my hand. I love it hot. I love it cold. I love it unsweetened or mixed with a splash of lemonade. It’s the only thing I drink from morning to night that’s not water. Truly! An absolute passion of mine. After that first sip every AM, I’m ready to take on whatever my day has in store for me.

I mean… I even traveled to China to take part in a proper tea ceremony (and it was fantastic!).

Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Tea is a premium iced tea brand brewed from real tea leaves that are fresh-picked and never from powder or concentrate. Their brewing process is simple and authentic – exactly what I am looking for. You can notice the difference in the taste. Fresh as can be – as if you made it yourself!

Now, as someone who tends to drink a lot of unsweetened tea each day, it makes me feel good knowing that these drinks have ZERO sugar and ZERO calories per serving but still provide the amazing flavors you are looking for without compromise on tea taste or calories.

Looking for some variety? Great news! Pure Leaf Unsweetened Iced Teas now come in Black Tea with Lemon and Green Tea. Why not grab a few different flavors when you are in the store? You’ll never get bored! Visit for more information.
