One of the best things that we loved about this system was the fact that we were able to install the cameras specifically where we wanted them to go. We customized the set up to meet our personal family needs. Not having to worry about running cables was invaluable!

Think about it – if we had to truly run cables to set up a full-blown camera system, I would have had to hire a professional installation team. And odds are, this would never have happened! Since we were able to handle the installation on our own, we set everything up together and it was a breeze.

The hardest part was figuring out which areas we wanted to cover around the perimeter of our home and even that was super simple. Once we had that locked down, all we had to do was attach the metal mounts to a solid surface, and then secure the cameras.

Long Range Capability

Let’s Talk About Battery Life

When I first installed the 1080p Wire Free Camera System, the first thing I thought about was the battery life. After all, since there are no wires attached, I would need to be responsible for changing out the charge, right?

Well, the good news is that the cameras are actually motion-triggered. That means that they only get out of “stand by” mode if there is movement nearby. Otherwise, they are preserving energy. How wonderful!

We looked in a variety of different services and one thing we loved about this particular system was that the hard drive was in our hands and that we didn’t have to pay anyone a fee to store the data. I just LOVED that.

What About Night Vision? Will It Work?

The cameras come equipped with powerful infrared LED lights to make sure any footage captured at night is crisp and clear. Expect a well-defined night vision range of up to 150ft with ambient lighting and 100ft in total darkness.
