I tried extensions for the very first time with Secret Extensions and I can’t wait to tell you all about it. I’ve never had extensions in my hair. Ever. I’ve never had the patience to sit still to have them put in. Once you put them in, there’s also the matter of taking them out eventually. It just seemed like a big hassle for just a few inches.
I Tried Extensions For The First Time With Secret Extensions
It just didn’t seem practical for everyday life. Lady and the Blog was invited to the Secret Extensions Media Event and I decided to give it a twirl. Secret Hair Extensions promises to add a few extra inches and fullness with no glue and no excessive time in the salon chair.
You can also take it out at the end of each day and put it right back in the next day. I loved the idea!
What Are Daisy Fuentes Secret Extensions?
Secret Extensions s a simple headband of hair. Slip it over your head like a headband, pull it over the head, then conceal with natural hair. It’s really that simple. The band is really thin, thinner than a rubber band, and it conceals completely in the hair.
The hair is made from keratin conditioned fibers so it looks completely natural. Secret Hair Extensions come in 11 blended colors. You’re sure to find the right color to match your hair. Each extension costs less than $50. Daisy Fuentes is a spokesperson for the line and she is evidence that the look isn’t just for the red carpet.
The event was held at Paul Labrecque Salon & Spa, which is a lovely salon on the Upper East Side. My stylist took all of 15 minutes to put the extensions in and adjust my hair over it. She then used a curling iron to blend the wave pattern with my natural hair.
The color blended perfectly. It was so easy to do! I love that this can be an option for a fun night out or just a day that you want longer, fuller locks. Here are the before and after images.
