Fitness Journal 2: Me On A Treadmill #DisneyHalfOrBust

I’m continuing on and feeling really good about it all. I can’t believe that I am going to the gym every single day. It is CRAZY! But honestly, I’m loving this new routine.

The video pretty much says it all – everything that has happened over the last few days. I started Couch to 5K and failed miserably at a new dance class. I mean… I was SO BAD. At one point, I just moved to the side and just started clapping to the beat and supporting everyone who was getting the moves. I don’t have a great memory – so yeah. It just wasn’t going to happen for me. I can’t memorize long sequences. I barely remember my locker number every day when I go down to get my jacket *AND I AM NOT LYING ABOUT THAT.

Anyway – I’m obsessing over my sneakers. If you are in the market for a new pair – THESE ARE THE ONES. I’ve been using old tennis sneakers thinking that they would be fine but OH MY GOODNESS… when I put on actual running sneakers instead of ones made for playing tennis, I saw a HUGE difference.

Starting out just like me? Need new gear? Believe me — these are the sneakers! The New Balance Vazee Prism Sneakers feel like mini cushions on my feet when I walk… err…. jog. 🙂
