Easy Exercises You Can Do While At Work (And At Your Desk)

My friend Ada, who is a certified Insanity fitness instructor,  came over the other day and showed me some quick workout moves I could do at my desk for when I had a few minutes to spare. I told her I was looking for one-minute exercises that I could squeeze in here and there that would get my heart rate up.

If you are like me – you are a busy woman who is tired of all the excuses and who is ready to just get serious! If I can’t make it to the gym one day, I still want to know I’m getting the best out of my hours spent in front of my desk. I mean… a girl still has to pay her bills, right?? Sometimes, it’s just not possible to escape the madness. But WHO DOESN’T HAVE 5 minutes a few times a day??
