If Mom Feels Rested, It’s Better For Baby #BetterForBaby: Part One Of My Social Good Campaign With Pampers

I’m sure by now you’ve seen this commercial – Pampers know that moms everywhere will do whatever it takes to make lives better for their babies. Late nights, funny songs, endless rocking… you name it and we do it.

Well, it got me thinking. Moms are filled with love but are perpetually exhausted. How do I know that? I am one! With three kids of my own, I know what it takes to keep a family’s pulse beating strong.image1

So, I decided to create a Pamper basket from Pampers and gift them to a few of my friends.

Want to see exactly what’s in them? Watch this video – I go into detail and can I be honest with you? I really enjoyed shopping for this all! It felt really good knowing that I was going to gift my friends something to help them get through their days.

So, Who Did I Gift?

Amy because as a mom of three she is constantly on the go. Her youngest is full of energy and keeps the entire family on their toes. A house full of love and excitement and moments filled with memories!

Alison because as a mom of twins plus one, she knows a thing or two about restless nights. She recently headed back to work as a teacher and the juggle and struggle is real but this woman makes it look effortless. Always put together – a family that is always a pleasure to be around. Great people that have hearts filled with gold. IMG_8116

Liz because we pretty much have the same exact 2 year old and I know exactly what her days feel like. She is such an amazing worker, mom and friend. An absolute gem that is always there when you need her. Balancing work and home life is a story that many of us can relate to and Liz lives it on a regular basis. Her husband and children are her everything and together they are a family that you just have to love.

And last but not least – Jen because she is an amazing mother and a motivating factor in many lives. Not only does she keep her family of five together but she coaches the girl’s soccer team and has brought them to victory several seasons in a row. She is such a hard working / loving / FUN AS CAN BE / girl you can lean on kind of friend. So honored to have her in my corner.

How Can I Get Involved?

Do you know someone in your life with young children that you think could use a little break? Get them a Starbucks card. Offer to babysit for them for an hour so they can go and get their nails done. Or maybe order them dinner one night. A community that sticks together is one that thrives! Pay it forward if you can and watch how all of our children will benefit!

Stay Tuned:

There is a second part to this story. I have three charity contributions that are happening NEXT WEEK. I can’t wait to tell you about them once they actually happen.

Thank You!

A BIG THANK YOU TO PAMPERS for giving me money to spend on the Better For Baby initiative. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the Pampers Baby Board. Being able to contribute to the few places that I touched this week as well as my above friends, served as a great reminder. To give is better than to receive. Truly.
