Sneak Peek: Swing, Stroll, And Play With Nuna

Nuna1

nuna4I had a chance to take a peek at some of the new designs and developments over at Nuna this week, and they look so stylish and durable! Some of the featured products included baby gear that has been tried and true, like the Leaf and Leaf Curv, but with a twist! All of the popular functions that moms love in the Leaf are still there, including the rock gliding for two straight minutes on a single push (all without any electrical power!), and the ability for a child to grow with it (holding up to 130lbs!). Some exciting new features on the Leaf include the new organic removable cotton insert in some beautiful colors (bisque, navy, twilight, dawn, and grape). The insert is machine washable (just lay it out to dry!). The Leaf is currently available for purchase for $219.95 ($229.95 for the Leaf Curv, for those seeking a more contemporary design), and the Leaf seat pads are available for $89.95. The toy bar accessory is available for $39.95.

Brand new to the Nuna family is the sleek and stylish IVVI stroller, and I had the opportunity to check out a couple of it’s really cool and convenient features. The IVVI offers many options and modes, including the ability to interchange between forward and rearward face seating, carseat click-in compatibility (ideal with Nuna’s PIPA infant car seat), and the IVVI carry cot bassinet (sold separately). What makes this stroller’s design unique is the canopy’s integrated dream drape, which provides a little extra protection from the elements, an integrated all-weather seat sports breathable mesh for summer days and a comfy and cozy softwoods for brisk winter walks. The Oeku-Tex fabric within the stroller’s interior feels soft and gentle to the touch. The tough, foam-filled, airless tires ensure a smooth ride across all terrains. One aspect that I observed with this stroller that I could really appreciate was the sneaky, convenient storage spaces. The carry cot includes a detachable pouch to store small personal items, in a completely unobtrusive area that is easy to access. The IVVI stroller will be available for purchase this summer for $799.95, and the carry cot will be available for $199.95.

A necessity that every mom finds herself needing at one point or another is the travel cot that doubles as a crib and playspace. The Nuna SENA is a lot like the Graco Pack n’ Play, but offers more style and options. Available in safari, navy, and scarlet colors, the SENA also has a little friend, the SENA Mini. Both fold easily with just one hand, and offer a soft, quilted mattress, breathable mesh sides, and padded edges, however the SENA Mini differs only in size (see photo above). The SENA can be used from birth to 3 years, and the SENA Mini is intended for usage from birth to 18 months. The Mini is ideal for those looking for something that takes up a little less space (as someone who lives in Manhattan, I can appreciate this feature), while the SENA is best for those looking for longevity. The SENA retails for $199.95 and the SENA Mini is $149.95. Also available are accessories including the knit jersey sheet, waterproof sheet, and organic sheet for $34.95 and $29.95 (Mini).

Nuna also has some more exciting developments in store for families this summer, particularly in strollers, as they debut as extensive line for every need with the IVVI, MIXX and TAVO, in addition to the PEPP stroller, which is currently available. These are definitely some products to look out for!
