The Last Few Pictures From Our Family Trip To Turks And Caicos #travel

Ok gang – seriously. I know I’ve been posting a lot about this trip, but we had so much fun! Turks and Caicos is a place my children will never forget. I had a few extra pictures on my phone and thought to just upload them so you can get the FULL experience.

Here we are at 6AM at the airport surrounded by our Kipling luggage. Do you think we had enough?! LOL Thank goodness we had those backpacks for the kids because they FILLED them with things to do on the plane. It really kept them occupied.

Of course, once we got into the airport… my poor husband had to carry it all. I’m sure he wasn’t thrilled that we each had a bag but there was NO WAY I was checking my laptop, camera etc. I keep those things with me at all times!!

American Airlines doesn’t have televisions for the kids which STINKS – but flights were limited so we had no choice. They kept occupied with their DS games and coloring. It was manageable.

First night there we enjoyed some hibachi cooking at Beaches. It was different because you didn’t order anything – you ate a little of everything! Never went to a restaurant like that before.

Here’s the room from our balcony. Beaches upgraded us to an Ocean View and we enjoyed every second of it.

Even walking around was pleasurable. The week we went to Beaches was very quiet. I can’t promise it will be like this mid-summer, but the last week of August was ideal. Truly! We had amazing weather and an empty pool at all times.

I already wrote about the Beaches Sesame Street character breakfast, but I have to say the kids are STILL talking about it. Each child walked away with their own puppet. So cute!

Italian Food night! Spaghetti and meatballs around the table. 🙂 Liam wanted to “cheers” our meatballs. I thought that was hilarious.

The last swim before we left to the airport.

My view for the entire 4 days. I tried to stay out of the sun because I’m pregnant and didn’t want to get too dehydrated. It was HOT people!

Kids loved to swim up to the Beaches pool bar and order their frozen drink. You don’t even have to get out of the water! Love it!

For lunch we walked around a bit and rested on the beach. That water and those huts — my favorite view.

Volleyball anyone?

This was it – the moment we had to go back to the room to shower and get ready for the long ride home. We were all so upset. I wish we had 7 days instead of 4! If you book Turks and Caicos Beaches – consider a full week!!!

And then we packed back up…. bitter sweet. We were all excited to go home but at the same time did NOT want to leave.

One last frozen drink for the road. We were so sad.

And then we got angry. LOL – just kidding!

In the end, it was an amazing trip.

* I’m working with Kipling this summer to talk about their current bag collection.

Can you do a video of your kipling bag collection and upload it to youtube?
