Nine West’s FNO Blogger Breakfast

Nine West invited ladyandtheblog.com to breakfast at their store on 5th Ave, to meet with Fred Allard, creative director of Nine West, see the new collection and to choose a pair of shoes to rock out for Fashion’s Night Out. For Fashion’s Night Out, Joss Stone performed at the 5th Ave. store. She collaborated with Nine West to design two pairs of shoes in their latest collection. One was a tall boot and the other was a bootie. Both were discreetly marked with her tattoo.

Fred Allard talks about the new collection and their collaboration with Joss Stone in the video below.

Nine West’s new collection plays with the military trend, juxtaposing it with ultra feminine details that result in uber sexy shoes for the woman who is not afraid to draw a little attention to herself. The bootie, still on trend for fall, was done in black and olive green with buckle and lace detailing. The new bootie goes up a little above the ankle. I LOVED these. Their boots are also things to die for. The classic thigh-high heeled boot was ever-present, done in subtle black, of course. Every woman should invest in a pair of these. They instantly make you feel sexy.

One of their new offerings is a suede blue boot with stud detailing on the top. This was my choice to take home with me. Not to be forgotten, the working lady’s choices were liberal. From platform pumps to pointy toed stilettos, these came in everything, from black to leopard. I particularly loved their wedged pump. Tts so comfortable for all-day wear but still classic, as a pump.

These shoes are all in stores right now. To see more, go to www.ninewest.com.

Love Joss Stone's music. I think the boots would be cuter with a chunkier heel. These tall skinny stiletto's are driving me nuts. Too difficult to walk in.
