I am obsessed with this Winter Bloom Blouse from Necessary Clothing. For $34.99, you can’t go wrong (plus free shipping by the way). I love transitional clothing and this top can be worn in the winter and in the Spring. For today’s look, I paired my blouse with some skinny jeans and nude heels (similar).
