My son is starting a separation program in September. Actually, we signed him up for both a separation program and a ‘Mommy and Me’ because we couldn’t decide on what to do. As a third child, we figured he could handle both. He’s our last child and we didn’t want to run RIGHT into separation.
I think WE – AS PARENTS – needed the ‘Mommy and Me’ class. LOL
Anyway, he needed a little backpack and lunch box for his snacks and artwork. I sat with him in front of the Skip Hop website and showed him all of the different options that were available. From elephants to pigs to dinosaurs to monkeys, the options were limitless!!
Caleb opted for the bumble bees! I was so happy with his choice!! I asked him several times if he was sure… showing him sharks and zebras instead. But the boy was sure! He wanted the bee – and we went with it! WOOT!
I love the way the set matches… but truth be told … if you wanted to mix it up, you could. There’s something really special about seeing bee on bee though. I mean, look at how darling it looks together!!
I took a million photos – not going to lie. When it came time to edit, I wasn’t able to cut it down. So, I hope you have a high Internet speed my friends!
