Simplify Your Back-to-School Skincare Routine With POND’S Dry Skin Cream

POND’S Dry Skin Cream has become an absolute lifesaver for me – especially during this time of the year. Back to school season is almost upon us. We had a pretty full summer, so I think everyone is ready for some order and structure. We need our regular routine back – even my skin. I think out of all the chaos, my beauty routine suffered the most.

And we all know that Fall skincare routines are different than Summer ones. So, now it’s time to make some changes – and POND’S Dry Skin Cream will absolutely come into play.

Simplify Your Back-to-School Skincare Routine With POND’S Dry Skin Cream

Do you suffer from dry skin? A lot of people think that they should worry about dry skin only in the winter. But that’s just not the case. Dry skin flare-ups tend to happen most during the colder months!! So, be sure to pick up the pace at the start of Fall. The Back to School season is the perfect reminder to get back on board with a proper skincare regimen.

How can you simplify your Back to School routine? Here are 5 easy steps:

Simplify Your Back-to-School Skincare Routine With POND’S Dry Skin Cream

Use 2-in-1 Products

Less time making your way through countless bottles means you’ll have more time to focus on what really counts. Your skin! Look for products that serve multiple benefits. For example, POND’s Dry Skin cream moisturizes deeply, PLUS primes skins for natural looking makeup. It’s the perfect base for your makeup in the morning AND can also be used for deep hydration at night. BONUS! I always look for products that serve several functions. What can I say? I’m a multi-tasker.

And don’t worry if you have sensitive skin (because I do!!), POND’S Dry Skin Cream is dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic.

Lay Off The Heat

After a long and hot summer, I think you need to give your hair a break. Think about all those countless hours at the pool and the beach. Skip the blow dryer and the flat iron and instead opt for a messy bun or a cute loose braid. Head on over to YouTube and get acquainted with some bobby pins.

Stock Up Ahead Of Time

I am the QUEEN of stocking up on beauty supplies. Believe me – in the long run, it helps BIG TIME with time management. I always have an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, mascara, skin lotion and toothpaste on hand in my house. Always. Think about it. You are in the store picking up some facial cleanser. Why not pick up two if it is on sale? Store the second bottle some place cool and keep your little supply for a rainy day. That rainy day will come and you won’t have to worry about making that second store trip anytime soon. I just bought you an extra hour of your life back at a minimum. You’re welcome.

Know Your Shade

Head to your local mall and get a free consultation at a department store right at the beginning of the season to figure out what on-trend colors work with your skin type. Then run with them!!! There will be no second-guessing in the AM after you had a chance to talk to a professional. Everything you have in your bathroom will work because you’ve consulted with an expert. Love it! I do this all the time!!

Consider Doing The Heavy Lifting At Night

Teeth whitening, masks, exfoliating, skin peels – all of these at-home treatments are GREAT, but shouldn’t be done in the morning while you are worrying about getting the kids out of the door and to school. Consider working on these beauty routines at night, after you’ve put the kids to bed. While you are at it, squeeze in a bubble bath while that mask sets in. Hey! I told you I like to multi-task! :0)

Great reminder about doing the beauty routines at night. I do not anything and the morning, I am lucky enough to get moisturizer on before I head out. I will have to check out the Ponds for the winter. I have T zone so not the greatest for summer time wear.
