A few weeks ago I wrote a post about stepping on the scale for the first time in a LONG time. The number shocked me. I’m talking minor heart attack. I’m not going to beat myself up about holiday weight gain because you almost can’t HELP gaining weight this time of the year. I mean, it’s one party after the other!!!
So, I’ve been thinking about ways to manage my weight without it interfering with my social calendar. I’m not the type of person who can stay away from the buffet table if I SEE the buffet table. I have impulse issues and they are really hard to control.
Instead of avoiding parties with friends, I’m going to make better decisions while at home. I’m going to take control of the meals I know I have full control over and Healthy Choice is going to walk me through the next few weeks. ‘
Have you checked out their new Steaming Entrees? I am a SUCKER for steamed vegetable packs while cooking dinner, so I’m all about having a FULL lunch prepared the same way. My son is the only one I have to worry about for lunch these days as my daughter is in full time school. He’s very content with a peanut butter sandwich. So, I’ve just made my life a whole lot easier!
