Inside The Kitchen: Buffalo Wings

Yuuummmmmyyyy! I love me some buffalo wings and they are SUPER easy to make.

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced (I use a microplane)
  • 1 cup of hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and pepper


Step 1: Preheat oven 425 degrees. Wash and dry chicken.


Step 2: Mix together ingredients into pan and heat on medium low. Lightly brush chicken with mixture and place in oven for 20 minutes.


Step 3: Pull out wings, flip and brush once again. Place back in oven for 30 minutes.


Step 4: Place 12 wings into pan and toss completely. Then serve!!
