Three days. That’s all it took me to break my diet. BUT I AM NOT discouraged! In fact – I have accepted my weakness and am moving on to a new day. Tomorrow I will get back on that horse and give this diet another ride.
Damn you pizza and all your goodness… I couldn’t resist. I could not resist.
I’m the type of person that is strong as long as I’m not around temptation. IF I am home – I can do it. BUT I went to a birthday party today and well, that pizza was being handed out left and right. I caved at the sight of it. Sigh…

I remember reading/hearing though that if you fall off the wagon- or are craving something, all is not lost. The key is to keep trying, and not give up. (TykeRider comment)

I call it the Wednesday diet... monday, tuesday, wednesday and I'm done LOL at least there are 3 days out of 7 right? XD

Day 3 is always my enemy and usually the end to any diet I've ever tried. You can do it...stay stong :)

It's hard to change up our eating, don't beat yourself up over it. Pizza is my #1 no-will-power-food, too. (good pizza, not just any ol' pizza!) ;)
Just start back in today and forget about yesterday. You'll get there!
