Easy Recipe For Seafood Pasta (Inside The Kitchen)

I can’t believe I never posted this! This is what my family ate on Christmas Eve. I’ve been having this dish since I was 2 years old. It’s a tradition and I wanted to document it for future reference.

Are you looking for a SUPER easy recipe for seafood pasta? Then this post is for you!

  • 1 pound of lobster tails
  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 1 pound of scallops
  • 24 little clams
  • 2 28 oz tomato sauce cans
  • 1 cup of red wine
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 cans of Progresso White Clam Sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • a dash of pepper flakes
  • 2 pounds of pasta

Sautee onion and garlic and pepper flakes in oil. Then add wine and sauce. Bring to a boil. After it cooks for about 20 minutes, add your clam sauce. Then put in clams, lobster tails, shrimp and scallops. Bring back to a boil. If the clams are open, and your shrimp / lobster tails are pink – you are done! Serve with pasta.

WE don’t use 7 fishes – and I think traditionally it’s not mixed with pasta. I know friends that do 7 different dishes — so I”m not sure. 🙂
