Whirlwind. Tornado. Cray Cray.
See that smile? That smile came from the inside — deep, deep on the inside. I can’t post about anything that I’ve been doing in LA just yet (it’s all starting Friday — so stay tuned), but let’s just say it’s been amazingly jam-packed. I mean… I guess I CAN tell you that I actually interviewed Angelina Jolie. And as if she wasn’t enough I also interviewed Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Sharlto Copley and director Robert Stromberg.
Still buzzing from such an exciting morning. Surrounded by SUCH a wonderful group of blogging friends, I can’t say I’ve had a better time on a movie junket. Lots of laughs. Lots of memories. And then there was Starbucks.
I almost cried.
In the middle of the Disney Animation Campus, there is a flipping Starbucks. Are you kidding me? Disney truly is the most magical place on Earth.
We had a little downtime and the group walked right over and guess who was first in line. I booookkkkkkeeeedddd it because my BTL was CALLING ME. Happy Place. Know it.
After our Starbucks, the day switched over to a second event. I was part of the first group of general public to see the FINAL cut of ‘Planes Fire and Rescue’ and when I tell you it’s an action-packed adventure, you better believe me. I found myself holding my mouth at times. I have a true affection for firefighters. So VERY happy this film is coming out this summer. Our children need a reminder about how amazing that group of individuals are and how dangerous there job really is.
By the time we hit dinner, I was literally dizzy because it was about 12:30 EST. Of course a second wind hit me when I heard all the 80s music playing. Don’t get me started because I won’t stop. 🙂
I’m pretty sure it’s Wednesday. Today is my mother’s birthday. I’m flying home in the afternoon and then I’m grounded for quite some time. The last few weeks have turned me upside down with travel, but I have such great content to share now! Over the next two weeks, I will get it all live. Promise.
Thank you for being patient with me while I am away. I know I haven’t been posting a lot of stories. It will all get back to normal by the weekend.
