Antipasto Dinner? That Works Too!

I had a pretty hectic first half of the week, so when I went to cook dinner last night I found that I had NO FOOD. I didn’t feel like ordering out… so I just chopped up a bunch of stuff and served it. Antipasto is the best part of a party anyway, right?

  • Pineapple
  • Olives
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Strawberries
  • Carrots
  • Crackers
  • Pretzels
Oh My!

The kids love to make their own meals. Taco night is H-U-G-E in this house. If they can construct their meal, they are guaranteed to eat it. Such a funny thing.

Sure – we’re lacking some protein here… but honestly one night every so often isn’t going to kill them.

Do you ever do antipasto night??
